Payment Policy
What modes of payment do you accept?
You can pay us using the following payments modes:
1. Direct Cash Deposit : You can deposit cash into any Bank of India (BOI) branch near you.
2. Payment via Net Banking in favour of our account.
3. Payment via Online Inter Bank Fund Transfer/RTGS/NEFT in favour of our account.
4. Payment can be send through Western Union. (For International buyer only)
What is Net Banking?
Net Banking is an electronic payment system that enables customers of a financial institution (Bank) to conduct financial transactions on a website operated by the institution.
What is RTGS/NEFT?
RTGS -The acronym "RTGS" stands for Real Time Gross Settlement. The RTGS system facilitates transfer of funds from accounts in one bank to another on a "real time". The RTGS system is the fastest possible interbank money transfer facility available through secure banking channels in India.
NEFT -The acronym "NEFT" stands for National Electronic Funds Transfer. Funds are transferred to the credit account with the other participating Bank using RBI's NEFT service.
There are both online and offline services of RTGS/NEFT.

Shipping Policy
Do you ship internationally?
We ship orchid seeds internationally. Plants and other products are only shipped within India. Nation-wide & international shippings are the integral part of our business, and we have tied up with different courier services and EMS/Registered Post/VPP.
The actual shipping transit time is 5-7 working days anywhere in India and 15-18 days for international shipping (depends on your location). Most customers receive their product/s within 6-10 business days of placing their order in India and 12-15 days in other countries.

Note: Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated according to courier services and postal services calculation. (Note: Packing charges are already included with product price, so only shipping charges will be charged.)
How do you ship plant/s & plant with spike/s?
We take great care in our packaging and shipping so plants arrive healthy and intact. All the plants are shipped bare rooted and well packed.
We give our extra effort to ship plant with spikes. Flower spikes are fragile, so we do not gaurantee of undamaged spikes or buds.
How do you ship orchid seeds?
We put orchid seeds inside a small paper envelope containing their name, harvested date and approx. quantity and seal them safely and again put them inside another big envelope containing the address of customer. (Note: Free shipping for all orchid seeds)
Refund Policy
Do you offer Refund Policy?
There are no any refund policy. If you receive your product (plants) in bad condition, please inform us within first 2 days of shipment. We take great care in our packaging and shipping so products arrive healthy and intact.
We'll not be responsible for any damaged items, because of slow transist of courier services or postal services.
We often ships our product after checking Calender (i.e. govt. holiday lists) which falls on that period.
Once shipped, tracking number of product will be provided to customer, then after that will be his/her responsibilities.
